DAYCARE MONTHLY CASH BUDGET
JQ Properties

1. Extract both files from this ZIP into a folder on your device.
2. Open daycare-cash-budget.html with a current web browser. The calculator works offline; the optional BDC reference link needs internet access.
3. Read the explanation, then choose Calculate both cases to see the invented example. Replace all inputs with your own supported amounts. Enter CAD without commas, using at most two decimal places. A blank is unknown, not zero.
4. Recalculate after changing inputs. The second case moves the selected month 1 program receipt into month 2; it does not model permanent loss of funding.
5. Use Print record after calculating to print or save your inputs and both results. On a narrow screen, scroll each table sideways; keyboard users can focus the table area and use the arrow keys.

The file does not transmit or save your entries. Closing or reloading restores the example. Keep any printout privately; do not enter bank account numbers or personal records.

The minimum cash figure is a comparison threshold, not another expense. Lowest month-end cash is not the lowest daily cash balance. The example does not establish market prices, staffing compliance, tax treatment, funding entitlement, loan approval or business value. Use a dated payment schedule and the actual agreements for decisions.

Example checks: the as-entered month-end balances are CAD 8,000, 10,000 and 12,000. Moving CAD 12,000 of program receipts from month 1 to month 2 changes them to CAD -4,000, 10,000 and 12,000. The additional opening cash needed to maintain the CAD 10,000 minimum is CAD 2,000 and CAD 14,000 respectively. These are invented figures, not forecasts.
